You can create a Functoid class using a predefined template. Just use following steps
1. Download File from here.
2. Don't extract it. Just copy the zipped folder at following location.
C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Templates\ItemTemplates\VisualC#
Whenever you will add a new item in your project it will show up a fency template icon which will create respective class for creating your functoid.
